1. ✅ Eligibility

- Upload and attach documents
- Generate summaries and actionables using AI

- Ensuring all activity under your account complies with these Terms
- Keeping your contact information up to date

You retain ownership of any notes, files, or other content (“User Content”) you upload or generate through Proper. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display this content solely to operate and improve the Service.
You are solely responsible for the legality of any client data or third-party personal information you store in Proper. You must ensure you have appropriate consent if required by law (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
5. 🧠 AI-Powered Features
Proper uses AI technologies (e.g., OpenAI or similar APIs) to generate summaries, suggest follow-ups, or transcribe/upload data. These features are:
- Offered as productivity enhancements
- Not guaranteed to be 100% accurate or contextually complete
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using it in any professional or legal context.
6. 🔗 Third-Party Integrations
You may connect Proper to third-party services (e.g., Google Drive, Gmail, Zoom). By doing so, you authorize Proper to access data only as permitted by those platforms and your consent.
We do not access your full inbox, documents, or calendar without your explicit permission. You may disconnect integrations at any time.
7. 💸 Subscriptions and Payments
Proper offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. By upgrading, you agree to:
- Pay the stated price for the selected plan
- Allow Proper to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
Prices and features may change with notice. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds are offered for billing periods already started.

You agree not to:

- Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the platform
